• Energy efficient ‘K’ Glass™ throughout to all external doors and windows
• Condensing boiler
• 125mm superior Rockwool™ insulation within roof void
• 125mm external walls with 75mm superior Rockwool™ insulation to satisfy BS 3632 thermal and acoustic standards
• Internal water shut off valve
• Insulated composite sandwich floor construction (refer to Willerby for more information)
